Who this is for

This is for business owners, marketers and small teams who want their website and marketing to produce better results, but do not want to tackle everything alone.

It may be right for you if:

  • You feel your website should be generating more enquiries or sales
  • You want practical ideas you can act on without being overwhelmed
  • You would benefit from regular outside perspective
  • You want to improve your marketing, but need help knowing what to prioritise
  • You value learning from other business owners facing similar challenges
  • You are willing to share, listen, contribute and take action
  • You want ongoing support, but do not currently need full private consultancy
  • You like the idea of being part of a small group where people get to know each other over time

This is not for people who want to sit silently every month and do nothing with the ideas discussed. The best results come when members participate, reflect and act between sessions.

Why the groups are small and non-competing

Each mastermind group is limited to up to 8 people.

That keeps the sessions personal enough for everyone to be involved, while still giving members the benefit of different perspectives.

Members are placed in groups with non-competing businesses. This means you can talk more openly about your website, marketing, challenges, competitors, pricing, lead generation and commercial goals.

The sessions also operate on a simple principle:

What is said in the room stays in the room.

That confidentiality helps members share real challenges, not polished versions of what they think they should say.

What kind of challenges can you bring?

You can bring most questions connected to your website, marketing, enquiries, sales, tracking, visibility or online performance.

Some challenges may be strategic. Others may be very practical. Both are useful.

Here are some example challenges that have come up in previous groups …

Website and enquiry generation

  • Why are visitors not turning into enquiries?
  • Are my service pages strong enough?
  • Should I show prices on my website?
  • Is my homepage guiding people properly?
  • What proof, case studies or trust signals do I need?
  • Are my calls to action clear enough?
  • What would make people more likely to contact us?

Marketing and return on investment

  • Where should I focus my marketing effort next?
  • Am I wasting money or time on activity that is not converting?
  • Is my website ready before I spend more on Google Ads, SEO or social media?
  • How do I know which marketing channels are producing useful enquiries?
  • What should I stop, start or improve?
  • How do I get more from the traffic I already have?

SEO, content and visibility

  • Are my pages clear enough for Google and AI search?
  • What content would help attract better prospects?
  • Are my service pages answering the right buyer questions?
  • How can I improve local or specialist visibility?
  • What topics should I be creating content around?
  • How can I stand out from competitors?

Tracking, data and decision-making

  • What should I be measuring?
  • Do I have the right analytics in place?
  • What does the data suggest I should fix first?
  • Why do traffic numbers not seem to match real enquiries?
  • How can I make better marketing decisions from the information I have?

How each mastermind session works

Each mastermind session runs live on Zoom for one hour – at 2pm UK time on the second Tuesday of every month.

The format is structured, but not rigid. The aim is to make sure everyone gets value while still allowing useful discussion to develop naturally.

1. Lesson of the month

Each session starts with a short lesson from Andy.

This usually takes around 5 minutes and covers a practical topic connected to improving website and marketing results.

The lesson may cover areas such as conversion improvement, service page structure, tracking, SEO, Google Ads, trust signals, lead quality, content, calls to action or marketing ROI.

The aim is not to give you theory. It is to give you something useful to think about and apply.

2. Group discussion

After the lesson, there’s another 5 minutes for members to discuss what it means for their own businesses.

This part is deliberately kept focused so that the session still leaves the majority of time for member hot seats.

The discussion often sparks useful ideas because people see how the same principle applies differently across different types of businesses.

3. Member hot seats

The main part of the session is focused on member hot seats.

A hot seat is simply where members share a website or marketing challenge and gets constructive input from the group.

Before each session, members can send in something they would like help with.

During the session, we select challenges and explore them together. Depending on how many people want input, Andy will manage the time so the session stays balanced and useful.

A hot seat might involve looking at a service page, reviewing a call to action, discussing weak enquiry rates, thinking through a Google Ads problem, questioning whether pricing should be shown, or identifying what should be fixed first.  In the majority of cases they focus on one key point: how do convert this challenge into more revenues?

The group can contribute ideas, questions and observations. Andy adds extra input throughout, drawing on his experience advising on thousands of websites and marketing situations.

Why you do not need a challenge every month

You do not have to bring a specific question to every session.

Sometimes you may have a clear challenge you want help with. Other months, you may simply want to listen, learn and absorb ideas that could help you in the future.

That is still valuable.

Many website and marketing problems are shared across different businesses. When another member talks about poor enquiry rates, weak service pages, unclear tracking, low-quality leads or wasted marketing spend, the discussion may help you spot something similar in your own business.

Over time, members develop better judgement about what makes websites and marketing work.

What you get each month

Your Website Results Mastermind membership includes:

  • One live mastermind session each month
  • A small group of up to 8 non-competing businesses
  • A confidential environment for open discussion
  • A short practical lesson each month
  • The opportunity to bring your own website or marketing challenge
  • Input from Andy and other group members
  • Practical ideas you can act on between sessions
  • Ongoing exposure to website, marketing, SEO, CRO, tracking and lead generation thinking
  • The ability to cancel anytime

The real value is not just the hour itself. It is the habit of regularly stepping back from your website and marketing, spotting what could work better, and taking action before another month disappears.

What this is not

The Website Results Mastermind is not a replacement for private consultancy, a full website audit or done-for-you implementation.

It is designed to give you regular support, outside perspective, practical ideas and accountability in a small-group setting.

It is not:

  • Unlimited 121 consultancy
  • A full technical audit
  • Done-for-you website, SEO or advertising work
  • A passive webinar where you simply watch silently
  • A networking group focused on referrals
  • A place for competitors to sit in the same room and copy each other’s thinking

If you need deeper private help, you can book a separate 121 consultancy call or discuss a larger consultancy project.

It gives you a feel for the type of practical ideas, website observations and marketing thinking that come out of the sessions.

Pricing

The Website Results Mastermind is £60 per month (+ VAT).

Your membership is set up to be paid monthly by card or bank and can be cancelled anytime.

Because the mastermind is small and group places are limited, your monthly payment continues while you remain a member, even if you miss a session.

The pricing is deliberately low compared with private consultancy, because the group format allows several businesses to benefit from the same session.

The aim of the mastermind is simple:

The value of the ideas you act on should far exceed the cost of being in the group.

One useful action from a mastermind session could improve a service page, reduce wasted marketing spend, generate better enquiries, improve conversion rates, or help you avoid investing in the wrong thing next.  Participants often note how much they’ve saved or gained from the insights they’ve acted upon.

Why apply rather than just join?

Mastermind groups work best when the right people are in the room.

That means:

  • Businesses should not be direct competitors
  • Members should be willing to contribute constructively
  • The group should have a useful mix of experience and perspectives
  • People should be serious about improving their website and marketing results

The application is not complicated. It simply helps make sure the group is a good fit for you and that you are placed with suitable non-competing businesses.

When you apply, we schedule a short 15 minute Zoom call to ensure that you would get the most from being part of the mastermind, and would get on well with other group members.   In some cases (e.g. where there is a competitor in a mastermind group that’s running), we may postpone you joining mastermind until the right group is ready for you.
