Most people are unaware that it’s possible to track the home address of website visitors but it’s easily proven via the free trials I offer.
The majority of businesses are totally unaware that it’s possible to use geolocation to track the home addresses of visitors to their website and, although there are a few limitations, there are many more advantages to be gained over competitors who don’t use such technology.
The software I recommend (initially on a free 30 day trial, then low-cost if continuing afterwards) proves that it’s possible to identify the home addresses of your website visitors.
Geolocation technology is the backbone of identifying the residential locations of website visitors, and that Who Visits My Website software is the only product in Europe that provides those locations plus what people looked at page by page (and what brought them to the website).
Here’s how it works:
Here’s an example of an identifiable home address of someone who went to a website at 22:13 on 4th December, and looked at several pages:

If you trial or buy the software then you will have access to:
In short: yes.
The software is GDPR compliant because it cannot access the personal data of individual people.
All it knows is:
Individual people are anonymous, but their address can be legally tracked when they have given permission by the website popup (which 10-30% of people do allow).
If people have been to your website then it’s likely they’ve also looked at the websites of your competitors.
If you know the home addresses of your website visitors then you have the option to send printed materials to those addresses, 100% sure that someone there is interested in the type of service or product that you offer.
I’ve created a specific page that covers the strategies of what to send to houses that have visited your website.
If you are identifying home addresses of your website visitors, but your competitors aren’t, then that puts you in a great position if you send quality materials to those addresses.
It costs you nothing to take a free 30 day trial of that software.
Within that time you’ll gain a picture of the number and quality of identifiable home addresses that have been to your website.
During the free trial you have hopefully also been hand-posting or sending brochures/promotional materials to those properties of most interest to you, and have been assessing enquiry levels that you gain from those mailouts.
If choosing to continue after your free trial then these are the costs to consider:
If paying for postage then it would likely cost you £2-3 per home that you mail out to, including the cost of the printed materials. If not paying for postage, that cost would be significantly lower.
The software is charged on a month to month basis and you can cancel instantly anytime.
The costs start from £60 (+ VAT) per month if you have up to 200 identified homes per month, and increase by £10 per month for each extra 100 visitors identified each month.
Your 30 day free trial will make it clear how many identifiable home addresses you would see each month.
The vast majority of my own customers have less than 400 identifiable homes per month and so are spending from £60-80 (+ VAT) per month.
During your free trial month you would have the opportunity to mail printed materials to home addresses of interest to you, and, if using the methods I recommend, it will be clear what level of return on investment you will gain.
That allows you to choose whether or not to continue via a paid subscription.
The base costs of the software (from £60 + VAT per month) plus the costs of sending the printed materials are what you should be comparing to the enquiries and sales that you gain. For most of my customers, the return on investment is huge.
You’re welcome to take the free 30 day trial but I recommend that you already have printed materials (e.g. a good quality brochure or information pack) ready to send to home addresses that are of interest to you.
If you don’t have that ready then you’ll see the home addresses but by the time you’ve sent them anything they may have chosen one of your competitors.
I’m also available to answer any questions you have about tracking the home addresses of your website visitors. All you need to do is contact me and I’ll be happy to help you.
